Just had to add this one into the cms/archives as it is just way too good to pass up. This asparagus soup recipe from Williams Sonoma is a breeze to make and an extreme joy to consume. I have made it twice so far and both times it was a big hit.
Its healthy, fun to make and man does it ever taste good. I modified the recipe oh so slightly and replaced the vermouth with a jalapeno to give it a little bit of a kick.
